Relax and unwind at our our float centre, a converted barn in rural Hertfordshire with three state-of-the-art Orbit float pods. 

Highly salted warm water supports your entire body, so you float easily and without any effort. Soft lights and gentle music gradually fade away. Floating almost motionless, in the dark and quiet, your mind begins to slow down and your body feels weightless in the warm water…

My friend and I had our first Float session today, I had my doubts but decided to give it a go. So glad I did!! Loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything very clearly and gave us a little tour around. The rooms are spacious, warm and clean. The tanks are large and the water is the perfect temperature to let all your cares float away. Will definitely be going back!

A 2016 study of 46 people who self-reported generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) found that it reduced GAD symptoms, such as depression, sleep difficulties, irritability, and fatigue.
